The Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora is the world's only completely new
education, research and patient care facility and the largest academic
health center between Chicago, Texas and the West Coast. Built as
state-of-the-art, the campus consists of three zones that promote
collaboration and innovation: an education zone with remarkable facilities
for training future physicians and other health professionals; a research
zone with ground-breaking, internationally renowned research; and a clinical
care zone with the University of Colorado Hospital and The Children's
Hospital, the University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine's primary
adult and pediatric hospital partners, nearby.

The Campus already has a world-wide reputation as one of the best medical
centers on the globe. When completed it will be regarded as one of the top
three medical complexes in the United States.

The Medical Campus currently employs some 17,000 people. It is
expected to employ more than 45,000 people when it is complete.

Children's Hospital just announced it is already starting a building program
to handle larger than expected utilization. The new addition will employ
over 500 people when it is complete. This is over and above original plans.

The Medical Campus is expected to be the second largest economic engine in
the State of Colorado, exceeded only by Denver International Airport.

Veterans Hospital is moving its facility from Denver to the former
Fitzsimons campus. This is Project Eagle.

employed at the Medical Campus who have children prefer the Cherry Creek
School System. This requirement is fueling the price increase in homes in
Aurora Hills because it is one of the neighborhoods closest to the Medical Campus
with Cherry Creek Schools! Aurora Hills is
only 3 miles from the Medical Campus.

prices are rising, it means future prices in Aurora Hills will be rising
also.
Aurora Hills Provides Quick Access
to Downtown, the Denver Tech Center and Denver International Airport

Aurora Hills is close to existing bus lines and light rail (9 Mile Station
at Parker and I-225)

This area will provide even better access when the New Light Rail Lines are
completed connecting it to Downtown and Denver International Airport via the
I-70 line.

unique activity center for the neighborhood. The Gardens on Havana will
re-establish this development project as a destination and main activity
center for the Havana District. The site is surrounded by a wide range of
